With over two decades of experience in the dental field, I began my career as a Dental Assistant in 2001, where I built a strong foundation in patient care and clinical operations. In 2016, I transitioned into dental administration, quickly discovering a passion for leadership, organization, and team development. A few years, I advanced into management, where I continue to thrive by combining my clinical knowledge with strong administrative expertise.

As a Dental Office Manager, I take pride in creating a positive, efficient, and patient-centered environment. I am dedicated to supporting both the team and patient's ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with dental regulations, and exceptional service delivery.

Outside of work, I have been with my husbnad Tim for 3o years, and we're proud parents of two wonderful children. Our son Logan followed in his father's footsteps as a heavy equipment operator, and our daughter Paige became a certified dental assistant continuing the family passion for dnetistry.

When Tara is not in the office, she can be found outdoors, atving, and relaxing on the boat with her family.

Tara is proud to call Winchester Dental Centre her second home and Is dedicated to helping every patient feel like a part of the family!
